Citrus, Mango and Pineapple Salsa

1 1/4 cups fresh pineapple, diced
1 1/4 cups fresh mango, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sea salt, to taste
Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving
In a large bowl, mix together the diced pineapple, mango, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, coriander, lime juice, lemon juice, and salt and pepper according to your taste. Use a rubber spatula to blend everything well.
Taste and adjust seasoning with extra salt or pepper if needed.
Serve with tortilla chips.
