Kenny's Wood Fired Grill Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Quart of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Grated Smoked Gouda
  • Salt (to your preference)
  • Black Pepper (to your preference)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 Pound of Chopped Ham
  • 5 Cups of Cooked Macaroni
  • 1 Tablespoon of White Truffle Oil

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a gentle boil for about 2 minutes.
  2. Incorporate all ingredients except for the truffle oil and macaroni, whisking until mixed thoroughly.
  3. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Add the macaroni and simmer until everything is nicely coated and thickened.
  5. Finish by drizzling the white truffle oil on top.
