Fruit Tart Brunch

Crust:

4 cups granola blend

1/2 cup softened butter

4 1/2 tablespoons honey

Nonstick cooking spray

Filling:

2 1/4 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package of gelatin

Toppings:

Sliced strawberries

Blueberries

Sliced kiwis

For the crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granola, butter, and honey. Lightly coat an 11-inch tart pan with nonstick spray and place a piece of parchment paper at the bottom.

Firmly press the granola mixture into the tart pan. Set the tart pan on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool thoroughly.

For the filling: In a mixer, blend together the yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and gelatin until fully whipped.

Pour the yogurt filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.

Finish by adding sliced strawberries, blueberries, and kiwis on top.
