Enchilada Chicken Dip

Ingredients

1 ½ Blocks of Softened Cream Cheese

1 ½ Cups of Shredded Chicken

1 15 oz. Can of Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained

1 ½ Cups of Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

1 ½ Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 (4 oz) Cans of Chopped Green Chiles

2 tsp. Taco Seasoning

Tortilla Chips

Optional: Fresh Cilantro Leaves or Lime Wedges for Garnishing

Instructions

Step 1

Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, black beans, 1 cup of the pepper jack cheese, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, green chiles, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Step 2

Next, transfer the mixture into an oven-safe skillet and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheeses on top. Bake in the oven until the dip is heated through and bubbly, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3

Once finished, garnish the dip with fresh cilantro and serve it alongside tortilla chips.
