By Family Features | Contributor
1 cup pineapple
1 cup papaya
1 red onion
Fresh cilantro
1/2 pound (approximately 16-20) Wild Caught Texas Shrimp
1/2 pound snapper
1/2 pound jumbo lump blue crab meat
Fresh lime juice
Tortilla chips
Begin by chopping the pineapple, papaya, red onion, and cilantro into small pieces.
Clean and prep the shrimp and snapper, cutting each into bite-sized portions.
In a spacious glass bowl, mix the shrimp, crab, snapper, and the chopped fruit. Drizzle a thin layer of lime juice over the entire mixture.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for several hours, stirring occasionally to ensure the flavors meld and the lime juice fully permeates the seafood.
Once the shrimp and fish have marinated adequately, transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Garnish with cilantro and serve alongside tortilla chips.
