Rotisserie Chicken Ravioli

Recipe shared by “Cookin’ Savvy”

Servings: 4-6

25 ounces cheese ravioli

1 rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken

1 head of broccoli

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1-2 cups chicken broth

1 jar of Alfredo sauce

Prepare the ravioli according to the directions on the package and set it aside.

Shred the rotisserie chicken, using as much as you like. Chop the broccoli into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the chicken. Add garlic powder and onion powder. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth to deglaze the pan, then incorporate the Alfredo sauce and broccoli.

If the sauce is too thick, add more broth. Mix in the cooked ravioli and heat everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
