This Game Day dip combines beloved ingredients—beef, refried beans, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, and black olives—and introduces an exciting new take.

Game Day Taco Dip
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Yield: 12 servings
1 pound of ground beef
1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1/4 cup of water
2 tablespoons of minced cilantro
1 can (16 ounces) zesty salsa-flavored refried beans
1 jar (16 ounces) medium or hot chunky salsa
2 cups of guacamole
1/2 cup of sour cream
3 packages (5 ounces each) of Fresh Express Butter Supreme
1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
1 package (14 ounces) tortilla chips
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes until it’s no longer pink. Stir in the taco seasoning, mixing thoroughly. Pour in the water and cook for an additional 2 minutes until it has evaporated. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature before incorporating the cilantro.
In a 9-inch pie dish, evenly layer the refried beans, followed by the seasoned beef and salsa. Add dollops of guacamole on top of the salsa and gently spread to create an even layer.
Spoon the sour cream into a small resealable bag, cutting off the tip to create a piping bag. Use it to pipe the sour cream into a football shape over the guacamole.
Position the pie dish in the center of a 15-by-18-inch serving tray. Surround it with a salad blend. Top with cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, and olives. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
