Crust Ingredients:
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake Ingredients:
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
To prepare the crust: Combine the crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter, and brown sugar; firmly press this mixture into a pie plate or individual serving cups.
For the whipped cream: In a large bowl, utilize an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until it reaches a thick consistency.
To create the cheesecake: Fold in the softened cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar into the bowl with the whipped cream. Blend with the electric mixer until the mixture is smooth. Pour this cheesecake filling over the prepared vanilla wafer crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.
