Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk (can be dairy or non-dairy)
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons of your preferred sweetener (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup of strong hot coffee (1/2 cup per serving)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, and sweetener over medium heat. Warm the mixture until hot, but avoid boiling.
  2. Take the saucepan off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice using a whisk.
  3. Pour your preferred amount of coffee into a mug and add the pumpkin mixture on top.
  4. Finish it off with a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
  5. The mixture can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and also makes for a delicious iced coffee option!
