Yields: 4 servings
1 sheet of puff pastry
12 meatballs, thawed
1 package (8 ounces) of shredded mozzarella cheese
marinara sauce, for dipping
Buffalo sauce, for dipping
barbecue sauce, for dipping
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and slice it into 12 squares.
In each square, place a meatball along with some cheese. Seal the pastry around the meatballs and cheese, leaving an opening on top if you want the meatballs to be visible. Position each filled pastry into the cavities of a muffin tin.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pastry turns a golden brown shade. Allow them to cool slightly before removing from the tin, then serve with marinara, Buffalo, and barbecue sauces for dipping.
Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to accommodate more guests.
