2 cups of Premier Protein Vanilla High Protein Shake

5 tablespoons of gelatin

3 scoops of Premier Protein Vanilla Milkshake 100% Whey Protein Powder

3 graham crackers

3 chocolate bars

Start by pouring the protein shake into a small saucepan, then sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes to let the gelatin “bloom.”

On a low heat setting, gently whisk the mixture occasionally until it reaches a thinner consistency.

Transfer the warm mixture into a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5-10 minutes, ensuring it stays warm but not hot.

Add the protein powder and whisk for 10-20 minutes until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. It should maintain its form when you lift the whisk.

Pour the mixture into a lined pan and place it in the refrigerator to set.

Once set, cut into pieces and enjoy on its own or paired with graham crackers and chocolate bars.
