Yields: 4-6 servings (1 rollup per serving)
Ingredients:
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, separated
Instructions:
- Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot according to the instructions on the package. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.
- In the same pot, cook the ground beef until browned. Add in garlic powder and onion powder, stirring to combine. Mix in the ricotta cheese, optional rosemary, marinara sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. On a clean surface, lay out the cooled noodles. Spoon the meat mixture onto each noodle and roll them up tightly. Arrange the rollups, seam side down, in the prepared dish. Top with the remaining meat sauce and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
