
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces Gin Mare
- 0.5 ounces Chareau Aloe Liqueur
- 1 ounce Green Juice (blend of apples, celery, cucumber, kale, lemon, and spinach—available at juice bars and upscale grocery stores)
- 0.5 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.5 ounces Organic Simple Syrup (2:1 ratio)
- 1 ounce Topo Chico Sparkling Water
Instructions:
- In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for the soda and shake well.
- Pour over ice and sparkling water into a tall Tom Collins glass.
- Decorate with half-moon slices of dehydrated green apples and cucumber.
