Ingredients:
- Brussels sprouts (2 cups, halved)
- Asparagus (1 bunch)
- 3 pieces of fresh salmon
- Lemon wedges
- Olive oil
- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Optional: Prepared whole grain rice
Instructions:
- Begin by arranging halved Brussels sprouts on one side of a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and whole asparagus on the opposite side.
- In the center, position the salmon fillets and place lemon wedges on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with lemon pepper to your preference.
- Bake everything in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
- If desired, prepare ready-to-eat rice as a quick side dish.
- To serve: fill a bowl with the cooked rice, add the asparagus and Brussels sprouts, and finish with the salmon on top. Enjoy your meal!
