Simple Salmon Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Brussels sprouts (2 cups, halved)
  • Asparagus (1 bunch)
  • 3 pieces of fresh salmon
  • Lemon wedges
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon pepper seasoning
  • Optional: Prepared whole grain rice

Instructions:

  1. Begin by arranging halved Brussels sprouts on one side of a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and whole asparagus on the opposite side.
  2. In the center, position the salmon fillets and place lemon wedges on top.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and sprinkle with lemon pepper to your preference.
  4. Bake everything in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  5. If desired, prepare ready-to-eat rice as a quick side dish.
  6. To serve: fill a bowl with the cooked rice, add the asparagus and Brussels sprouts, and finish with the salmon on top. Enjoy your meal!
