Once a certified aerobics instructor and now a guest lecturer at the USC School of Dramatic Arts, he motivates his students to embrace physical activity, highlighting the advantages far beyond mere fitness.

“I tell my students: tight body, tight thoughts,” he explains. “Fluidity is key; a cramped body limits your mindset. You don’t need to execute gymnastic feats, but flexibility and maintaining body elasticity, especially at my age, are crucial.”

Alongside an active regimen, Daniel is vigilant about his sugar and salt usage, keeping his genetic predisposition to high blood sugar and diabetes in check through mindful eating choices. Regular health checkups are a significant part of his wellness approach.

“Being proactive about your health is necessary,” he advises. “But it’s not about preaching; experiencing these practices yourself will show you the benefits. You’ll feel dramatically better.”

“I always aim to uplift those around me,” he states. “During conversations, I consciously ask myself if I’m truly absorbing what the other person is sharing.”
