Required Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 chopped Granny Smith apples
- Caramel sauce
For the Crumble Topping:
- 1/4 cup chilled butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation Steps:
- Set the oven temperature to 400° F.
- Prepare tart pans by lining them with the pie crust, making sure to pinch the edges to create a decorative finish. Evenly distribute the chopped apples inside the crust, followed by a drizzle of caramel sauce.
- In a separate bowl, utilize a pastry cutter or fork to blend the chilled butter, light brown sugar, and flour until the mix resembles coarse sand. Then, with your hands, form this mixture into chunkier crumbs to sprinkle over the apples. Finish with another drizzle of caramel sauce on top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping turns a light golden color and the crust achieves a nice golden-brown hue.
- Allow it to cool before serving and savoring.
