Ingredients:
- Chocolate chips (milk, dark, white, or any combination)
- Hot cocoa mix
- Optional additions such as mini marshmallows, sprinkles, or toffee bits
Instructions:
- Begin by melting your chocolate chips. Place them in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue microwaving in 15-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted.
- Using a spoon, carefully transfer the melted chocolate into your molds, ensuring the chocolate coats the edges smoothly.
- Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Once set, fill each mold about three-quarters full with the hot cocoa mix and any optional ingredients you’d like to include.
- Cover the top of the mix with the remaining melted chocolate to create a seal on your bombs. Return the mold to the fridge until the chocolate is solid.
- To enjoy, place the bomb in a mug and pour hot milk over it, stirring until it has completely melted.
