Five years back, Colleen concluded her career as a respiratory therapist and anesthesia assistant. Initially, the concept of quitting made her hesitant. After meaningful discussions with close friends and some introspection, she comprehended that retiring wasn’t about giving up, but rather about embracing something new!

Physical Health
This could be an excellent opportunity to assess your overall health. Knowing your health status from a medical check-up and related evaluations will provide insight into areas to keep an eye on, as well as the most effective exercise and dietary approaches.
Incorporating nutritional supplements can enhance a healthy lifestyle. With a clear understanding of your current health status and potential risks, you can choose supplements wisely, aiming for good health as you engage in enjoyable activities now that you have more spare time!
Mental Health
As we grow older, mental health takes on an increased significance. Issues prevalent in older adults are often rooted in feelings of loneliness, isolation, and perceived lack of purpose, potentially leading to heightened risks of depression and other health concerns, including undiagnosed dementia.
